We had a wonderful time at this hotel. The location on a hill provided breathtaking views of the surroundings. The service we received was top-notch, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The rooms were well-equipped with amenities such as ironing facilities and a mini-bar. We especially enjoyed the sitting area and patio, where we could relax and take in the beautiful scenery. The free toiletries provided were a nice touch.
We highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends. It is a great value for money and offers everything one could need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The hotel had a wonderful location on a hill surrounded by vineyards, away from the crowd but only half an hour away from the city centre. the room was gorgeous and customers were often upgraded on arrival. Guests could relax by the pool and enjoy the lush property, sculpture garden, and large structure for weddings. Breakfast was wonderful and the sommelier gave a tour of the vineyard and wine tasting.
The restaurant was understaffed during a large party.

My room smelled upon entry. That was not uncommon as so did another's guest room. There were 2 chairs in the room that were black & white and filthy.

Stayed here for Christmas and the location was perfect for exploring the countryside. The views were stunning and the infinity pool was a real treat. We enjoyed the vineyard tour and tasting offered by the hotel. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was included and delicious.
Our stay was somewhat ruined by the terrible service. The reception staff were unhelpful and did not provide us with any information.

The views were indeed amazing, and the surrounding area was very beautiful. the staff was generally friendly and helpful. the room was quite spacious and nicely decorated, with a good attention to detail.
the amenities were quite limited and dated, and the prices felt like a rip-off.
